At Innate Tutoring, we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Full name, address, email, and phone number
  • Student’s date of birth, school, and year level
  • Emergency contact details - Payment and billing information
  • Attendance and academic progress records
  • Any relevant learning or health information voluntarily provided

  • Enrolment forms
  • Communication via email, phone, or in person
  • Payment processing and invoicing
  • Website and online learning platforms

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver structured academic programs
  • Manage enrolments, attendance, and billing
  • Communicate schedules and progress updates
  • Improve program quality
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only:
  • Where required by law
  • With payment providers
  • With trusted learning platforms

6. Online and Recorded Sessions

Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and shared only with enrolled students.

7. Photography and Marketing

Photos/videos may be used for marketing.
*If you do not wish your child to be photographed or recorded for marketing purpose, you must communicate this via a written email during enrolment. *

You may request access or correction of your information.

Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment & Program Fees

  • Fees are charged per structured 10-week program for grade 1-6 (not hourly)
  • Termly program refers to a combined program of Maths & English
  • This structure may vary slightly if we have more or less than 10 weeks in a term and will be added or subtracted the cost of per session accordingly.
  • Years 10–12: Subject-based pricing applies (termly program refers to each subject)
  • Additional subjects/programs receive 10% discount
  • All resources are included within program fees unless stated otherwise

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment due upon enrolment unless arranged otherwise
  • Invoices issued per term
  • Term commitment required (No refund)

3. Re-Enrolment

  • Notice required before term end to discontinue
  • Otherwise enrolment continues automatically

4. Cancellations & Missed Classes

  • No refunds or credits for missed classes
  • If communications are made and 24 hours of notice is given; we will try to arrange 1:1 time with a tutor. (15 minutes per 1 hour of missed session)
  • Support may be provided where possible

5. Homework Help

  • Friday Homework Help available (booking required)

6. Intellectual Property

Materials remain property of Innate Tutoring

7. Behaviour

Respectful behaviour required

8. Liability

Innate Tutoring not liable for personal injury or property loss

GST & Payment Methods

All fees inclusive of GST
Payment via bank transfer, Square(additional charges for direct debit may apply), or cash (by arrangement).
